Oscar Winners

La La Land has 14 nominations, the most all the time. So before you are speculating to see your final Oscar predictions on the Golden Globe Winners, well, don’t rush. You know, best supporting actor winner in Golden Globe Aaron Taylor – Johnson was not even nominated. So, you can’t think the same thing will happen on Oscar.

La La Land has been hot topic recently because this single film has received the most nominations, 14, it is trying with Titanic and All about Eve. When we look back in 2016, it is just almost impossible that other movies will get as many nominations as these 3 movies. At the same time, we are surprised with the recovery from #OscarsSoWhite since this year’s award open the windows to present nominations to diverse pool of actors and assorted film-industry creatives. And we also highlight the commencing of Bradford Young in Arrival, one of few black cinematographers ever nominated for an Oscar.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced all the nominees for this year’s 89th Academy Awards via their official website. You can see the full list here, however.

The Academy Award for Best Picture in one of the Academy Awards is the most prestigious nomination. It debuted in 1929. Best Picture is considered as one of the most crucial achievements for all the producers. Actors or actresses involved in the film will not accept the award unless he or she produced the movies.

The Best Picture is considered the premier award of the Academy Awards. It showcases all the director, acting, music soundtrack, writing, editing, and all the efforts to put the film together.

This year’s nominees could include Mahershala Ali, Emma Stone and Casey Affleck. This year’s Oscars nominations have been announced, with the La La Land being the frontrunner.  Back then, we were questioning whether it can equal the Oscars record of 14. And now it is tying. This year’s also includes tight contenders like Moonlight, Manchester by the Sea, and sci fi movie Arrival. Emma Stone comes for the best actress, challenging Jackie’s Natalie Portman, while Casey Affleck from Manchester by the Sea will be up against Denzel Washington in Fences.
